Gered is a Certified Wellcoach (2024) and a Prepare-Enrich Facilitator (2014) and Prepare-Enrich Trainer (2022) with over 20 years experience in Biblical Counseling and Personal Finance Coaching.

Gered & his wife, Brandi, have been married since September 1993. They have 2 children, Jada & Josiah.

Gered served at Healing Place Church in Baton Rouge, La. from 2007 - 2017 as an Associate Pastor in the Pastoral Care Department.

In 2017, Gered & Brandi Founded 6:33 Global and serve as missionaries in the Cangrejal River Valley, south of La Ceiba, Honduras.

Finally, in 2024, Gered & Brandi founded Grow + Thrive Coaching, which is simply another strategy for The Lamberts to accomplish their Mission & Vision for their lives, “We build up people so that they can grow & thrive.”
